Table of Contents

SaaS conferences have gone from casual meetups into spaces where founders, investors, and other SaaS industry leaders come together to share ideas, build partnerships, and shape what’s next for the technology industry.

In just a few days, you can spark the kinds of conversations and create the connections that can take months to create, from investor introductions to hard-earned lessons from founders who’ve scaled and sold their companies.

Big panels are giving way to small-group roundtables, hands-on sessions, and communities built around shared experience. Whether it’s SaaStr Annual in San Francisco or SaaStock in Dublin, each event has its own style and value.

This guide presents top SaaS conferences for the rest of 2026, recommended by L40°’s advisory team. Learn what makes each worth your time.

SaaS conferences coming up

How we selected these conferences

This list reflects two inputs: the L40° team's firsthand experience attending, speaking at, and hosting founder events at SaaS conferences across the US, Europe, and Latin America, and ongoing feedback from founders and investors in L40°'s network on which events actually deliver value. Events were chosen for the quality of the founder and investor audience they convene, their relevance to capital raising and M&A conversations, and their track record rather than marketing reach alone. The list spans global flagships and smaller, stage-specific gatherings, including events built for bootstrapped and earlier-stage founders, so it stays useful regardless of company size. It is not a ranking. The right conference depends on a founder's stage, sector, and goals for the year.

Editorial transparency

L40° attends, hosts founder dinners or side events alongside, or sponsors several of the conferences in this list. Those relationships are flagged inline with a “Find L40°” note. No conference paid to be included; inclusion reflects the team’s own assessment of each event.

Last reviewed: May 2026. This list is reviewed quarterly to add new events and remove those that have already taken place.

For founders targeting a LATAM expansion or cross-border capital access, it’s the most strategic event to build visibility and relationships in one of the world’s most dynamic emerging markets.

Tips for attending SaaS events as a founder

If you are going to attend a SaaS Conference, make sure to show up strategically and plan for the highest-ROI experiences. Here are some tips:

Plan early

Book early-bird tickets, flights, and accommodation months ahead, especially for global flagships like SaaStr Annual, SaaStock, or Web Summit. Prime locations sell out fast, and side-event invites often circulate weeks before the conference begins.

Curate your time ruthlessly

You won’t make every session, and nor should you. Prioritize workshops, small-group discussions, and fireside chats that align with your growth challenges (fundraising, pricing, GTM shifts, leadership).

Pre-schedule meetings

Use event apps, LinkedIn, or warm intros to line up 5–10 high-value meetings before arrival. The most meaningful deals happen in coffee corners, not auditoriums.

Leverage side events

Founder dinners, investor breakfasts, and private meetups often deliver the strongest connections. Treat the main event as the backdrop, and the side events as the real stage.

Engage beyond panels

Ask sharp questions, share your story, and document learnings on LinkedIn or X. Active participation can multiply visibility and credibility with both investors and peers.

Prioritize energy and reflection

Conferences are sprints: balance the noise with space to process. Block post-event time to follow up on leads, summarize key takeaways, and turn new connections into next steps.

Benefits of attending SaaS conferences

The SaaS world runs on relationships. The best conferences do more than inform; they transform how founders think, connect, and build. Here are some of the advantages of participating in these events:

Access to capital and partnerships: You get to meet investors, acquirers, and potential strategic partners in one place. Many funding rounds, M&A conversations, and key hires come from conference introductions.

Insights from the field: You can hear how other founders are navigating GTM shifts, pricing models, or AI integration, insights that rarely make it into blogs or podcasts.

Community and mentorship: Get perspective from peers facing the same stage-specific challenges, from hiring a VP of Sales to expanding into new geographies. The community learning curve is steeper and faster.

Brand visibility and thought leadership: Speaking, sponsoring, or hosting a dinner positions your brand alongside category leaders. It signals momentum and credibility within your niche.

Renewed vision and clarity: Stepping outside day-to-day execution helps founders see the bigger picture, recalibrating strategy, team culture, and priorities for the next phase of growth.

Invest in connections

SaaS conferences are strategic investments. The right event can unlock more than leads or funding; it can reshape how a founder sees their market, their team, and their next stage of growth.

At L40°, we see this dynamic play out in successful transactions. These relationships often lay the groundwork for the pivotal conversations that later define an exit or capital raise. Contact us to meet in a SaaS conference or participate in our exclusive events.
